Who can post?
Learners, faculty, staff, Registered Campus Organizations, and departments/programs at UCSF Fresno
What can you post?
Noncommercial material, which is defined as printed material not sold or distributed for profit.
Requirements
Postings must clearly state the sponsor's name and the date of posting.
Flyers should be no larger than 8 x 11
Only one poster per event is allowed
Clear Identification
Postings must clearly state the name of the sponsoring individual, group, or organization.
Contact Information
Provide the name and contact details (email or phone number) of the responsible person or entity for each posting.
Timing and removal:
Event sponsors must remove materials after the event is over.
Event based materials may be posted two weeks in advance and must be removed 3 days after the event.
You are not permitted to post over current announcements.
The university will remove items that violate campus policies.
Content Restrictions
Notices, especially for research, must follow federal and institutional guidelines.
