Community Bulletin Board Policy

Postings must uphold the UCSF PRIDE Values, and promote a healthy campus climate. UCSF Fresno does not guarantee space to post materials and reserves the right to remove postings that are out-of-date or deemed to be in violation of policies and regulations. Flyer subject matter is not endorsed by UCSF Fresno. 

Who can post? 

  • Learners, faculty, staff, Registered Campus Organizations, and departments/programs at UCSF Fresno 


What can you post? 

  • Noncommercial material, which is defined as printed material not sold or distributed for profit. 


Requirements 

  • Postings must clearly state the sponsor's name and the date of posting. 

  • Flyers should be no larger than 8 x 11 

  • Only one poster per event is allowed 


Clear Identification 

  • Postings must clearly state the name of the sponsoring individual, group, or organization.  


Contact Information 

  • Provide the name and contact details (email or phone number) of the responsible person or entity for each posting.  


Timing and removal: 

  • Event sponsors must remove materials after the event is over. 

  • Event based materials may be posted two weeks in advance and must be removed 3 days after the event. 

  • You are not permitted to post over current announcements.  

  • The university will remove items that violate campus policies.  


Content Restrictions 

  • Notices, especially for research, must follow federal and institutional guidelines
