Access for the General Public
The UCSF Fresno Medical Library is accessible to all UCSF and UCSF Fresno employees with badge access. UCSF purchases academic licenses for library resources (journals, ebooks, etc.) and they are only accessible to UCSF faculty & voluntary appointments (as designated by deans and provost), staff (per HR), and students (per registrar – note that visiting medical students are considered UCSF students by the registrar).

Open Access
This link will allow you to search for documents held by all UC libraries. After typing in your search keywords, you will need to check the box marked "Open Access" on the left sidebar. This will filter all "Open Access" materials that are accessible to all.

PubMed Central® (PMC) is a free full-text archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature at the U.S. National Institutes of Health's National Library of Medicine (NIH/NLM).
